CD Review – Zingzillas

If you are subjected to the Cbebbies channel like most parents you would have probably seen the Zingzillas. For those of you luckily unluckily enough to have not seen the show then let me enlighten you.

ZingZillas is a music show set on a tropical island where everyone joins in to create ZingZilla music magic. With musical influences spanning the globe from rock to soul, jazz to samba, big band to orchestra, ZingZillas will get its young viewers jumping, swaying and trilling to music from the world over.

Zak, Tang, Panzee and Drum are music sensation ZingZillas. On their island paradise, this band of primate friends live to play fantastic music. With the help of their mentor, music guru DJ Loose, they create their unique ZingZilla sound just in time for their daily performance, The Big Zing.

Ok I borrowed the description from the Cbebbies website

BG’s favourite part of the show is the music and she dances around to big zing at the end of the show. So when we were offered the CD to review how could I say no?

The CD is full of all of the Big Zings from the show. What I like about the show and the CD is that it introduces the children to different genres of music from classical to bangra.

BG loves to dance around to it and it is now our background music when we do our crafts. I’ve had friends around with their children and they like it too.

Would I buy it? Yes, its a great kids CD

The Zingzilla album is available from Amazon currently for £6.99
