Half- Term on a Budget

Half-term holidays needn’t cost the earth and resulting in you running to a cash for gold site.

Here a few things you can do without breaking the bank:-

Put on an Arts and Craft Show

A perfect way to spend a cold and wet day. Get all you arts and crafts out and get them to create their masterpieces. You can then display them for everyone to see or invite friends/family over to have a look.

Have a Movie Day

Dig out all your favourite family movies, pop some popcorn and snuggle.  Take turns in choosing movies. If you want to get active pop on a musical and dance and sing along.

Go for a Walk

Wrap up warm and get some fresh air. Go the park or feed the ducks or even a nature trail. To make it fun write a list of things to see and find while you are out and about.

Play Date

Invite a friend over to play, your child will be occupied and you can have a break and a chat with a friend.
