Liz Rhodes and Brenda Farnhill set up the firm in Autumn 2009, after becoming first-time mums and taking redundancy from their corporate jobs.

Friends since meeting on a cocktail-fuelled hen night five years ago, they named the company after their first children – Ruby and Noah (known for his gorgeous ginger hair).
