Halloween with Picturebox

We have been watching and reviewing the film service on Picturebox for the last 6 months and so far we are loving it.

PictureBox  is a movie subscription service which is available on Samsung Internet-connected smart TVs, iPads and PCs. There is a selection of 28 movies every month and they load a new 7 every week.

It’s really simple to use, once you sign up you just click on the film you want to watch and it’s ready to. No downloading or fiddling around.

Along with the 28 movies there is a movie lounge that has a different theme each month and its currently Scary Movies just in time for Halloween. Every year I am disappointed with the lack of horror and scary movies on the TV, well this year I don’t have to worry. Among the collection is the Last Exorcism, Cape Fear and Blood Simple. For the kids there is Coraline.

If scary is not your thing then there is Burn after Reading and Inglorious Basterds which I quite fancy of course it helps Brad Pitt is in them! There is also the Hurt Locker which I know OH wants to watch. I don’t think £4.99 is bad price for all of that do you?

You can find PictureBox on Facebook.

  1. That sounds like great value.

I'm going to look into it.

By the way, much as I too love Mr Pitt, Inglorious Basterds made me feel sicker than any film I've ever watched! You've been warned! LOL x
