How many times over the past year have you declined a social invitation because you were just too tired? Whether it was a friend’s birthday party, a sneaky wine at the local bar after work, or even a hot date, a shocking 60% of us have cancelled a plan or engagement because we were too exhausted from a day at work or running around trying to keep our home in order.
It can often be difficult to fit everything we need to do, into just one day. Rushing from meeting to meeting or looking after the kids, the household and sorting dinner, it seems like we could all do with a few more hours each day. Sadly though, unless the earth decides to spin slower, that’s not going to happen. Instead we need to learn how to manage our time better and find ways to keep our energy levels up naturally.
