Review - Cuddledry Poncho Towel

BG has been testing out the new Cuddledry Poncho Towel which is spf50+, ideal for your holiday at home or abroad.

This is what Cuddledry say about the towels-

The first of their kind in the UK, our poncho towels use patented Rayosan™ technology which deflects harmful UVA and UVB rays off the towel, instead of passing through the fabric and harming your little one’s delicate skin.  The towels are for children aged 1 to 2, and are made using soft brushed cotton to give snag-free towelling.

I’m quite neurotic when it comes to BG and sun protection so this poncho towel is great for us. It’s really soft and washes really well. It’s easy to pop over her and there are poppers on the sleeve so you can either do them up or have them loose.

I’ve used the towel both in the garden at home when BG has been playing in water and at the seaside and the towel worked really well; it helped protect her as she was drying before I could re-apply her sun protection. I particularly like the hood, to protect her fair hair from the sun.

The Poncho comes in two different colours lilac/cherry and aqua/turquoise and cost £22.99, they are available to buy on the Cuddledry website or alternatively use their search facility to find your nearest stockist.

Cuddledry have a large selection of products on their site including the original Cuddledry apron towel as seen on Dragons Den!

Would I buy it? Yes, I think it does a great job and would be a must on my holiday packing list.
